Roller Skate Rental - Size EU 44 (Men's US 10.5)

Rent roller skates by the hour and explore Toronto’s Fort York neighbourhood. Retro Rolla is operating from a refurbished shipping container at The Bentway (250 Fort York Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3K9).

HOURS OF OPERATION

Thursday: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Friday: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday: 1:00pm – 8:00pm
Sunday: 1:00pm - 6:00pm

New time slots released every Monday at 1:00pm for the week ahead.

We have a capacity of 25 skate rentals per hour to ensure physical distancing.
If you don’t see your size or preferred time available, check back next week.

WHAT TO KNOW

• Adults only. Must be 18+. Bring valid photo ID. (Sorry, our insurance says so!)
• All skaters must sign our digital waiver prior to arriving. Check your emails!
• Masks must be worn. Review all Covid-19 protocols prior to skate here.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to collect your skates and protective gear. Try not to be late, as this will cut into your own skate time!
• First time skating? We recommend new skaters rent protective gear. Wrist guards are free. Helmets, and elbow and knee pads available for a small fee.
• No socks, no skates. We have a limited quantity of socks available for purchase.
• We DO NOT have lockers available for rent. All personal belongings must be kept with you. We suggest packing light. We will hold onto your shoes until you’re done skating.
• Be sure to return your roller skates on time. We charge a late fee of $18 + tax. If you want to skate longer, book an extra hour in advance!
• Consumption of alcohol while skating is not permitted.

SKATE CHECKLIST

• Mask or face covering (mandatory).
• Tall socks to go above the skate boot.
• Photo ID. Yes, you need to be 18+.
• Sunscreen and water. Summers in Toronto are hot and humid.
• Phone for some summer skate shots. Be sure to tag us in your photos!
• Headphones to skate to our curated Spotify playlist.
• Backpack or bag to keep belongings in for a handsfree skate.
